  • nice loghet.

  • My only cavil about an otherwise excellent mini-docu is that there was little or no mention of the scrumptious food of the B&N some of which incorporates the ingredients & techniques of the gastronomy of the Malay, Indian, Eurasian and so forth. Perhaps, another set could be shown which highlights eg. nyonya acar; pontey; itek tim; buah keluak 'kari'; nyonya laksa (not curry laksa!); apom bekuah and other memorable comestibles. Gosh, I am already salivating writing this! Ayoh, yoh.

  • Fascinating introduction to a unique hybrid culture of a small community that is alas almost extinct today, but which has undeniably set an example to the world as to how to live in harmony in a multi-cultural setting of beautiful (minus the litter of course) Malaysia. More than just exhibiting mere tolerance, the B & N learned to appreciate, embrace and incorporate some of the aspects of the various other communities here and made them their own, indeed brought them up to another higher level.

  • An attractive documentary....

  • How long do you spent your time on this documentary? Was it a group assignment? We're told to do a documentary too now. And i'm really impressed with your work. Well done!
