The Colombia-Miami route was curtailed by the Mexican Navy hence ending the Colombian domination of narcotics. Now, the Mexican drug cartels and government rule the roost. BTW, Mexico has the G20 presidency now.....smells like every nation needs money, even if its drug money.

Curiously Marijuana is always found in Mexico, but never in Cuba, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Cayman islands, Bahamas, Florida, or other places where it easily grows outdoors.
