So there were how many different compromises offered by tea party people? Cut, cap, and balance was one. It passed the house. In this video, Rand offered to vote for the Reid bill with a balanced budget amendment, that's two. They also offered the penny plan, which never came to a vote. Adding the original Boehner bill and the bill that was passed (both with some arguable tea party support), that's a total of five different compromise bills that were offered.

Only 3 - 1) Nonresident aliens deriving US source income 2) Foreign Corporations deriving US Source Income 3) Certain US citizens residing abroad with foreign source income. No one owes a fair share! Either they are in class upon whom the tax has been imposed or they are not.

Billionaires and corporations pay very little in taxes - thanks to loopholes - in relation to the benefits they receive. They manipulate the huge U.S. market to make billions yet pay a small amount of money to foreign entities who are nothing but tax shelters for the wealthy. It is based up what the law actually says and what Congress and the Court say. It is all laid out nicely in the book Income Tax:Shattering the Myths. No one pays income tax for the benefits they receive, all Subtitle A income tax goes to pay for the interest on the debt. Read the Grace Commission Report, it's the truth they revealed. @tripfunkmonster Billionaires & Corporations do not owe income tax unless they are within the classes of person I listed. Tax law is mal-applied to millions of Americans & businesses which do not owe it. It is a tax on the international movement of money. It has nothing whatever to do with domestic monetary matters. I understand that concentration of capital via corporations can lead to adverse results and upsets the balance of power. There should be almost no corporations, like @ the founding.

Corporations create paper companies overseas & purchase loopholes to avoid paying. So, corporations get tax breaks & the middle class pay by having necessary programs cut and/or eliminated. The Sup. Court decided that tax shoudn't be payed on labor, only company profit but when people use this defense they go to jail.

Look at the regulation at 26cfr301.6109-1(c) Requirement to furnish another's (Tax ID) number. The only people required to give a tax ID number under penalty of law are described at (b)(2)(i), (ii), (iii), (vi), (vii), or (viii) in the same section. Those described are either foreign persons or non-resident aliens. There are no other persons anywhere in the Code required to give a tax #

Rand Paul is voting to raise the debt ceiling tomorrow. The deficit will be 1.5 trillion next year and at least that high in 2013. There are 22 billion in cuts in 2012. The bill passed the house without debate and will pass the senate tomorrow. Rand Paul will vote for it without reading it. He has failed.

There will be no balanced budget amendment. Stop dreaming about it.
