This show was in 1969 Peter Tork left The Monkees on 30th december 1968.

@sdseals2076 I know people get confused, but Peter left first, then Mike. Davy and Mickey performed for a time then they too went on individually.

Then Peter came back with Micky and Davy I believe for a record in the 1980s, and then Mike joined them for a reunion in 1996. They haven't done anything together since Justus Monkees, but as far as I know they all still do some sort of performing, though the saddest news is Peter is fighting cancer.

It was a book written in the early 60's about a transgendered man who went through a lot of mental hard times before he got it straight in his own head. It was written by Gore Vidal and was considered rather provacative for the times. Compared to what goes on today, it's kinda tame but it made my eyes open wide when I read it as a teenager.

Mike has always been my favourite Monkee, followed by Peter and then it's a tie between Mickey and Davie. Any question I can answere, I will! And I just dug that book out to read it again last night...

mine also has been mike to i just love his accent and i think that he is so hot, i love that daveys voice is so dreamy and that mickey gets all excited over things and always jumps to conclusions and that peter is just so adorable!!!! hey one thing, how come people always say that peter is the dumb one actually to me he is pretty smart.. do you agree
