  • A bettery should maintain 10.5v during load testing, not 9v. Anything under 10.5v means the battery is NG.

  • all that effort yet nothing was said about safety. such as glasses, gloves, and

not getting any battery corrosion on you or your clothes.

  • what if everything is fine even with the switch on...radio works all lights work and not dim either but then when i turn the key to start it, theres no click or nothing, all power is instantly gone just like the battery isnt even hooked up and the terminals are tight and cleaned also

  • My car wont turn over, when i turn the key it makes a clicking noise. (the dash lights flash) I switched on the tried headlights, they work ,but very very dim. also the car stereo doesn't power on. So, i test the battery, and get a reading of 7.36v. Is the battery the problem?

  • @underpantswedgy With an electrical problem like that, the first places you want to check are the battery and the alternator. Auto Zone will test them for you, for free, I think.

  • @underpantswedgy , just came across this video, youve prob solved the problem. yes if your car clicks at least once when you turn the key its most likely a low battery. the click is the start and u hear it b/c there is in fact electricity going to it. andif your lights turn on a little. you basically know right there.
