Yes, I do. Time is critical. Only 3% of the stimulus has been spent thus far. More of it should have been spent on infrastructure, of course, but compared to our GDP, the stimulus was pretty small. The situation is very similar to 1933. Working people are hurting, especially the construction trades. They want to work but there are no jobs. The private sector has been in freefall. Better to prime the pump than to risk further economic collapse.

Yes, I do. Time is critical. Only 3% of the stimulus has been spent thus far. More of it should have been spent on infrastructure, of course, but compared to our GDP, the stimulus was pretty small. The situation is very similar to 1933. Working people are hurting, especially the construction trades. They want to work but there are no jobs. The private sector has been in freefall. Better to prime the pump than to risk further economic collapse.
