Thanks for your question. Yes, research in the wild suggests that squirrel monkeys benefit from following capuchins around by getting scraps of fruit and more insects that the capuchins disturb. There may be benefits for capuchins too, and this is one of the things we are interested in in our research!

No, no chance of any cross-breeding! They are not closely related enough.
