  • This might be illegal but wouldn't it be easier to just get the barrel threaded at a machine shop. Then go buy some stuff to make a suppresor screw it on and, whala you have a suppressed 22.

  • They changed their baffle design.

  • dont you need a license of some kind for the silencer? cuz i heard that the fbi n army are the ones to get em

  • @yogi1226 ur correct about this usually u just pay a $200 tax and take a class (depending on the state) but its just that and the price of buying the suppressor

  • @yogi1226 Don't forget the 6 month background check.Even if you don't remember the SECOND girl that you ever kissed, they'll find her. It's that intensive a search.

  • @doughesson BS. The 'background check' takes ~90-100 days because they are the government and they like to go slow. Submit one. Get it approved. Submit another, and it will take just as long. You think they call your 2nd girlfriend again and say 'anything new?' Want to skip the fingerprints - create a Trust and no finger prints and no local law signature required. Already have a silencer and want to transfer it to this trust. Pay the tax, wait the 90-100 days again..

  • If you going to make a vid about a protact at least show the product! nice table -waste of time

  • Just waiting for my form to come back so I can pick up my sparrow. Gonna put it on a 10/22 and my new Browning Buckmark Whisper. Suppressors are legal it alot of states. They are not illegal on a federal level you just have to pay an extra 200 dollars to the BATFE and get a tax stamp. Some states/counties etc etc have made them "illegal" on their own. There are much larger suppressors for larger calibers. You do not want to have contact between the baffles and the bullet.

  • cab u put this silencers on a rifle and if you can how much does it cost.

  • Are silencers now legal in all states? I see alot a videos on the subject but have not read where the ATF has changed there position.

  • They are with license I believe

  • yeah, the license needed is a "class III" My gunshop is a class III dealer but we dont sell the license itself. You can get them at most shooting ranges though.

  • The silencers in the U.K. are extremely good, especially the wildcat ones.

  • Do they have larger calibers?

How close does the inner tube have to match the bore. Is the bullet suppose to make contact with the inner tube as it passes through? Or is the inner tube suppose to be wide enough so there is no contact. Thanks.

  • Great video, very informative. I'm in the process of purchsing my firs suppressor. I've narrowed it down to the Sparrow and the Prodigy from AAC. How did the sparrow perform? Would you recommend it? Any experience with the Prodigy?

Thanks in advance for the info.

  • Dude i've seen close ups it's real hard to duplicate unless using a CNC machine althought it's the best design and most effective one I've come across nothing really comparec

  • looks nice. how's it work?

  • make closeups , show the internals so people can make their own

  • Any videos yet of you shooting it

  • I should have something this week!

  • what is the MSRP?

  • It should be $450.

  • Shoot it. I was going to buy an Prodigy in 2009, but now I want to see the suppression level of this any the AAC Enigma.

  • coool!, lets see u shoot it now! :P
