During the day or two of reprieve you should learn from vids on you tube to Clean your energy field, and then to raise your vibration. Only this isn't rock music to get hyped for sports, it's a peaceful rosary to get in touch with your spirit.

From a scientific viewpoint, there must be a cause for every effect. It is like praying to win the lottery....that is not going to physically make the little balls bounce the way you want. I think it is important to respect the viewpoints of others. From a scientific prosective I don't see how praying could give you foresight though. If that was the case we would see a lot of people praying and getting the lottery results. I do believe in thought forms and chakra energies, you can change your mood and vibration with prayer. @morelife33 It is works like meditation and prayer. Affirmations set up thought process which change neuronal, chemical activity of brain and body. Repetition over a period is the key. It didn't happen over night and the change will take time and dedication to evolve. Cleansing your body of toxicity takes time, so to engrained thought patterns, emotions and beliefs. I say study, go to lectures, take classes, read. Seek and find. Get understanding. Its fun and freeing.
