When I saw "New Orleans 0001" I was hoping it was a typo and meant "2001".
If you visited or lived in New Orleans BEFORE Katrina, (2005), and visit there
now, you will notice some striking differences.
Main difference is New Orleans was 60%+ African-American before Katrina.
Generations of those folk made their homes there, and made up what we
consider New Orleans' SOUL & CULTURE.
Now they have gentrified the city, bulldozed low income housing and left
many "poor neighborhoods" to ROT.
