I had to do it twice. The first time the Roomba started running again, but was dry. Only after doing this a second time did it start putting out liquid again.
I think Scooba really ought to PROVIDE this item with the machine--this has happened to me a few times and I've made do with an empty sports drink bottle and a dishwashing liquid bottle....I don't have a turkey baster!
I don't usually comment on youtube, but I had to thank you for that. The bulb syringe was not strong enough to clear the block, so after seeing your comment tried the cycle pump and it worked great. Thanks to the video author as well for the idea.
