Eating tobacco from 4 cigarettes is enough to kill you. Tobacco is not intended to eat or drink, it is beneficial on wounds and cuts.

I seriously doubt that it would kill you. People chew tobacco all the time and I'm sure many swallow a lot of it.

Tobacco is just a plant. The only "intention" it has is to absorb carbon and release oxygen.

20 mg of nicotine absorbed all at once will send you into a coma and most likely kill you. Of course tobacco is a plant, I aint saying it's EVIL i'm just telling you nicotine is just about the most toxic drug used by mankind.

It is my understanding that Nicotine is an NMDA inhibitor. Like many of a new class of medications. It blocks the actions of MSG, and other excitotoxins, as well, or so I understand. Its kind of a miracle drug.

It just is not safe delivered via tobacco.

I'm the first to post so I don't know if anyone will respond. But, is there anyone here who knows what products contain the highest levels of cocoa in its pur form.

The best source of pure cocoa is cocoa beans themselves, they are available raw or roasted, but are horribly biter. However, they are extremely, extremely nutritious. Or you can get raw or roasted cocoa powder to make your own hot-chocolate. Alternatively look for an organic high % cocoa dark chocolate. My favourite is plamil brand 87% dark choc. Rmmmm.
