I'm sure you did but i have to ask. Did you check to see if this was ok with your doc to take after your surgery?

My surgery doesn't really impact anything anymore. At a year out I've been given to pretty much eat or drink, or take whatever my pouch will tolerate.

I have that cleanse and detox too.. after about 3 doses i started feeling kinda sick and was in a lot of pain.. im sure if i would have pushed through that i would have "cleaned out" but it was too much to deal with going to school every day of the week. hope they work better for you

Cool. I'll be viewing. If it works I'll get it myself. :) OH man I started that P90x yesterday and first time i cut it off after the warmup lol. Then I tried it again hours later. Got about 25 to 30 minutes into it this time. That thing is hell, but I'm getting desperate man. We gotta lose this weight.
