The D's a dog trainer?! Please tell me that's a joke! She's not a very good dog trainer! My jack had a problem with cats and it took me 3 solid months of training and now he's as good as gold around all other animals, I wouldn't hire her x still have an issue with P's eyebrows though, its all I could look at, very distracting!
The plaintiff is rediculous. Just because the defendants dog is a hellion doesn't mean she can't train OTHER dogs. It's prolly just the defendants dogs personality.
As loony and irritating as Joy (plaintiff) appears to be, if the attack happened outside of the house, then isn't Jenna (defendant) responsible for watching over her dog when the dog is outside of the house?
This is the second case where a Plaintiff believes in the sanctity of the Californian Law for 30 days notice as a verbal understanding superseding a written agreement. The other case is with that bizarre woman who o/d on Botox and complained her tenant made whoppees all night.
I would LOVE to see Judge Judy and Simon Cowell clash head to head. Judge Judy and Simon Cowell make similar expressions as well as BOTH get irritated EXTREMELY quick. They can also both come up with quirky comments, lol.
@grandexandi Judge Judy could smash anyone in a confrontation, as long as it takes place in her forum, or, as she says, her "playpen". I don't think it would be so difficult to get the better of her in some other forum, one that does not depend upon her field of expertise, and one in which she is not guaranteed of having the last word.
