Bruce seems like a good-natured guy: friendly, accomodating and cheerful. And his playing is beyond awesome. It would be SO cool if him and Paul G. could hook up one more time for a new Racer X album. I would really love to hear what these two beasts could do together.

I could watch this video forever. It's just the laid back vibe of it all combined with the KILLER licks and cool chit-chat.

Bruce is the man. One of the best guitar players i have ever heard. Bruce is Racer X and so was the rest of the band. They all went their separate ways, as we hold our breath waiting for them to figure it out....its about RACER X. No other metal band has come close to what these guys did musically. i know they would do better on a reunion tour than Testament LOL

Bruce is as good as Paul Gilbert... being a back-up guitarist and a second fiddle in Racer X is an understatement to Mr Bouillet talent. Also his tone sounds better and he has this technique that Paul doesn't have or maybe just doesn't use, its the flawless HYBRID Picking.

"I better practice that " - Its nice to know that Bruce also practice Scarified, one of the toughest to nail riffs from Racer X. cool!

bruce is a big shawn lane fan. shawn would hold his pick in a similar "reverse" angle. (paul gilbert held his pick the same way in the early racer x days.)

shawn lane would also use the middle finger on his picking hand for "hybrid licks" just like bruce does in this clip.

I like Bruce. Great guy too. Chated for a while with him after a Gilbert Boston show. Paul is a much better technical player. But Bruce has really evolved into his own great style. this vid is awesome.
