The best keyboard ever made. One issue with it. The colour comes out easy. I sprainted my hand once and applied a spay, as I touched the mouse the colour of the mouse came all over my hand.
how do you take it apart? mine broke when i tried to take apart the ctrl key... good thing i got 2... please make a tutorial on how to take apart these keys because it seems to be a different type of buttons...
Okay. Well I'm pretty used to the laptop feel even though I don't own a laptop. Looks like a great keyboard to me. I will have to go on eBay or somewhere to get one though :/
There's only an indicator light that glows red when the batteries are running low for both the keyboard and the mouse. Keyboard requires 4AA batteries while the mouse requires 1AA...
OK, I think I've not made myself clear. Originally out of the box, there are four alkaline AA batteries for the keyboard and one AA rechargeable battery for the mouse. Essentially meaning only the mouse can be recharged. What I've done is to replace the alkaline batteries for the keyboard with rechargeable ones...
Really good review, man. Thanks! I was considering to buy one of these, but now I'll think twice before doing that. I like using a light mouse and I often use the numeric keypad. If M 7000 does not have it, I might just keep typing on the laptop :) Btw, right now I am using M4000 Natural ergonomic. Do you think I am better off sticking to it than getting M 7000 or let's say Generic Super Slim? I need to some advice to make my mind :) Thanks again.
I think it's important to ask yourself what's the intention of changing your keyboard. If you already own the M4000 and often use the numeric keypad, I suggest stick to it. Cause it feels different typing on a slimmer keyboard. And having to adapt to a new feel of typing may be the last thing you want...
The " Gadjets " button on the left side is to bring forward the gadjets icons on your desktok if your using vista. If your using xp this may not work.

I play games and browse the internet a lot. Would this be a good keyboard for me? I also use Windows Live Messenger a lot.

So long as you're used to the laptop feel when typing on this keyboard, it's good for anything, at least to me...
