lol useless pilots? do you even know how to fly a plane? i have cousins in china that are going through chinese aviation schools. china have the most strict AME, they cant even have cavities in their teeth or else they wont pass. to fly for any chinese commercial airliners the pilots must have triple the flight hours required of an american regional airliner (thats 1500 flight hours x3). you're speaking about the wrong country that have fake pilots, its acutally india not china.
