So here is what I got and I don't know why.

The beginning where you wake up is actually the ending

Your out driving when you breakdown, someone (what has been bitten by a spider approaches your car to seek help. You go to find help but are bitten too. When you reach the phone box, the phone is already ringing you answer the phone to silence then it clicks off. The you wake up in the room dazed and confused. Maybe I am being to literal?

I don't know why I thought this, but if you turned off the dramatic music, most of it would just look like a night spent after drinking wayy too much.

It shows you how much of an effect music has when we add to other senses to paint a completely different picture :P
