I absolutely love the trigger button on the xbox 360. I played halo 3 and shadowrun competitively and it's by far one of the best controllers. I rarely use the D-pad on it, but from what from others experiences, It's apparently not the best. The ps3 controller is way too wide and I hate it for shooters and sports games. It's great for games such as final fantasy though. Sony should really introduce a new controller for it's next console. The ps3 controller should have a battery door.

@ReedN70 wow. get your facts straight. the ps3's cell processor is far superior to the xbox's triple-core. its the reason wh ps3 exclusives look way better than multiplats or xbox exclusives. what the xbox has going for it is a better GPU. the xbox, in terms of hardware architecture is more similar to a PC. and it is easier to code for. that is why most multiplats look better on the xbox. that trend is going down though recently as developers are hitting a wall on the 360 now but not on the PS3.
