The best hand mixer is the classic Kitchen-Aid and the Hamilton beach, one is made here, the other is made in China, but made to Hamilton-Beach specs, both are reasonably priced and of high quality. I would never by any Cuisinart or Toast Master products either, their hand mixers blow! I had a Cuisinart and returned it, I have my three speed classic hand held from KA since 98" and it would mix cement if I needed it to!
