Jake Phelps got arrested because he offered a kid something like $100 if he ollied a gap. The kid made the gap, then when he approached Jake to collect, Jake shot him point blank with fireworks. The kid got his dad, then his dad called the cops. This is pretty typical Phelps lameness.
did you just say jake phelps was lame? thats like if this was a baseball video with babe ruth getting arrested and you called him lame. jake phelps is a god amongst mere mortals. i've been lucky enough to hang out with him when kotr was in stl last year.
