I guess I know how Sylar was able to survive that! I watched the episode again and recognized,that Claire was pulling the same glass out of her shoulder when she tried to save Meredith by jumping into the cell...SO she took the same glass (with HER BLOOD on it) to fight Sylar. I think when he said,that she's special he ment her blood has a "healing power".

I guess, that since it was glass Claire stuck into his head, when Meridith exploded and blew up Primatech the glass melted and Sylar regenerated? Or someone saved him...
