As much as I like Leon, Nemesis made it in because he adds a different play style from the other Resident Evil characters since he's a giant zombie monster with tentacles that's armed with a rocket launcher and is extremely strong, and he's probably one of, if not THE most recognized monster in the series. Out of any Resident Evil representative we've seen so far, the only actual monster from the series that we've seen is Nemesis. That being said, I prefer Leon much more then Chris
