The action relay is really old and probably isnt going to be sold in stors anymore. Your best bet is eBay.

what is action replay?

Action Replay is a cd that goes into the gamecube like any other gamecube game disks (Cd's). You turn on the gamecube and the gamecube logo will appear and you will see a list of games, for example I scroll down from games that start with the letter a to games that start with the letter s wher I found the game title called Sonic Adventure 2: Battle and I press the A button on the controller and found a list of cheat codes

and I can select the cheats by scrolling down to a cheat code a press the A button on the controller a Yellow square block will appear on the left corner before the first letter meaning you selected the cheat you can select a few of codes by scrolling and selecting the code with the A button, If you don't want the cheat that you have selected press the a button again and the yellow block will dissapear meaning the code is turn off. There is the code meter meaning you have a limited # of codes

The code meter will have a blue meter bar when that fills up you can't select any more codes if you want different codes you will have to unselect some codes the yellow block will dissapear and the code meter will decrease and then you can select different codes and the codes you have unselect will bel turn off, after that press start button and you will see a game cube system telling you to take out the Action replay cd and put in your game cd, for me sonic Adventure 2: battle.

The game should come on with different effects because of the cheats that I have selected like Moon jump, infinite rings, infinite live, turbo mode(increase speed), invincibility, character size change, high score, and low timer.
