  • i dont get this video at all. i used to make p50,000/month + free food every day teaching at a korean english school in Manila. Before I found that place I was makin 300p/hr for english teaching, and other jobs like that....not bad at all. 30-35k a month for teaching english to koreans. they come in the boat loads from korea to get cheaper english than they do in korea, works fine. I dont get why hes sayin dont do it. i did it for 4 years and lived very fine.

  • the advantages of living in the developing country standard of living very cheap. the moment the economy getting better the standard of living getting expensive too. like here in London standard of living very expensive every piece of space here it cost a lot of money especially mortgage and rent. no time to relax you should running arround like maniac to earn money.

  • People can work in nearby parts of Asia then vacation in Philippines when they're on holiday.

  • @ButheJackcameBack

Yup, very true. Teach English in Thailand , Korea or China.

  • @ButheJackcameBack Are you talking about teaching english? It is my understanding that a TEFL degree is not enough. I think badlaz must be retired military with a pension so now he is living the dream and doesnt have to work.

  • @Kemrant,

I'm talking about people teaching English in other parts of Asia, Korea, Japan, China, etc. They can vacation in the Philippines or other parts of Asia when they're on holiday because it isn't that far away. Much shorter/cheaper flight than coming directly from North America or Europe.

  • and how do you make a living from a laptop in the Philippines?

  • @Kemrant

Internet marketing, consulting, copywriting etc. Gotta find your niche.

    Popeye

  • Filipinos are indeed very professional. very well trained in mostly any occupation available. sadly most of them go outside the Philippines for a ' greener ' future. cant wait to retire and be back to my homeland.

  • @vanLzjk

Yea, unfortunate. Lahat ng mga masipag at matalino leave the Philippines to work abroad.

  • that place is beautiful.. that place in the Philippines is that?..

  • @edpannewyork

Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro but this entire country looks like this !

  • looks like rain pal, best take shelter.

  • can i work for you? lol

  • Looks like paradise... You're a lucky man!
