North Face reminds me of the "alligator" shirts worn by "preppies" back in the day, nothing has changed. I never wore an "alligator" back then and I doubt I would ever pay the inflated prices that North Face wants for their clothing now. I always thought the whole thing was silly. I like North Face clothing, but this is rediculous. You can quite clearly see the difference in the logo design's, for a start it's upside down and secondly it has 2 bars instead of 3 like the North Face dome. North Face have no case, end of.

how is it unique? i don't know about the quality of the products, but the looks are exactly the same, except for the logo, which only if you inspected would you have been able to tell a difference. if you just passed someone on the sidewalk and you didn't focus on reading the logo, you wouldn't tell the difference
