For example, if i touch the arm of the sofa with my right hand, i then touch it with my left hand. Its annoying, but i don't do it that often anymore. O.C.D. is not the same in everyone.....i mean, when you have O.C.D. everything has to be perfect. But 'perfect' is described differently from person to person. for instance i have O.C.D. and i have to have every thing 'even' meaning numaricaly AND not numaricaly. like if a remote is slightly off a table, i have to fix it by lining it up exactly with the side of the table.... its kinda annoying but i got used to it.
