I'll try to explain the concept of freedom (to be a sovereign) to you one more time. A sovereign does not have to apply/beg for a fishing license. A sovereign can just go fishing because he is free. If I go fishing without a license a Ranger can fine me an absurd amount of money. If I refuse to pay they can throw me in jail until I comply. If I refuse to comply they can auction of my assets in order to pay the fine. A license is issued for something that would otherwise be illegal.
In other words, it is illegal to fish without a license, or is it? If you "drive" without a license the same thing will happen. Is it illegal to drive (travel) because the State says so? Nope, the Constitution backs up our God-given (or natural right) right to travel without interference from other individuals or corporations. The State is committing a crime by compelling (forcing) people to get a license (according to the 13th amendment). So how can I be free when I'm being extorted?

The UCC is model rules created by the American Law Institute which simply sought to provide some consistency in the law of contracts governing leases, secured transactions and the sale of goods. Hence, there is not a national uniform commercial code, let alone an international UCC. .

I'll try to explain the concept of freedom (to be a sovereign) to you one more time. A sovereign does not have to apply/beg for a fishing license. A sovereign can just go fishing because he is free. If I go fishing without a license a Ranger can fine me an absurd amount of money. If I refuse to pay they can throw me in jail until I comply. If I refuse to comply they can auction of my assets in order to pay the fine. A license is issued for something that would otherwise be illegal.

Nope, the Constitution backs up our God-given (or natural right) right to travel without interference from other individuals or corporations. The State is committing a crime by compelling (forcing) people to get a license (according to the 13th amendment). So how can I be free when I'm being extorted?

The UCC is model rules created by the American Law Institute which simply sought to provide some consistency in the law of contracts governing leases, secured transactions and the sale of goods. It has not been enacted word for word in all states, and the actual "Code" in each state can vary to some degree or another, sometimes substantially.. Hence, there is not a national uniform commercial code, let alone an international UCC. .
