1 - type testingcheatsenabled true in the cheat box

2 - now type moveobjects on

3 - now builed a plain room, nothing in in it, no doors, furniture, windows,ect

4 - now put your baby in there with no one else, just your baby alone

5 - now since you typed testingcheatsenabled true, you need to drag the babies needs bar all the way down to the very lowest, and bam baby has died of starvation
