Nope. The Psystar computer that is 399 only includes a free OS like Ubuntu, it is $155 to get Mac OS X installed, it does not come with the price. So an Open Computer with Leopard costs $554.99 FYI ;)

I agree with you but I was also including in the price: firewire wifi or bluetooth which the base does not include.
The 155 includes it installed and retailed copy. I emailed them that is what the said. This makes it "legal" Ha HA ;)

You agree not to install, use
or run the Apple Software on any non-Apple-labeled computer, or to enable others to do so.
Psystar can whine all they want. Apple does not have a monopoly. Don't like their licensing? Don't buy a Mac.
