OMG I can't believe I found this joint.... The bonus track was the first Gospel Rap song I EVER HEARD!!!! HOTNESS!!!! I can't believe I found it OMG... My life is complete... OMG... my childhood! Thank God for her... anybody know where I can buy this CD again?
I was in Bananas At Large in San Francisco about 35 years ago, playing a synth. This guy came walking in and started fiddling with the Lynn drum machine. I played along with the beat - a song I wrote that has the hook in this song. The guy asked me if he could use my music, and I said yes. I asked him what he did, and he said he wrote gospel music. I finally found my song, here on YouTube. What this guy did with it is awesome. My friends knew Danniebelle. I wish I had had a chance to meet her.
Has Danniebelle moved on to be with the lord? (re previous messages). If so "our loss is heavens gain...as they say.I feel very blessed to have found this song.Saw her with Andrae & band in late 70*s & what a blessing.Best concert I ever saw.Thank you lord.
Lucidreamboy, I read your comment tonight and just incase your question has not been answered, I regrettfully tell you that Danniebelle passed on about 7 or 8 years ago. Danniebelle was a tremendous singer, I have never heard anyone deliver Andre Crouch's music vocally better than Danniebellie! Have you heard her masterful solo albums post Andre?
Thanks for the reply.I totally agree,Danniebelle really brought Andraes songs to life when she took a lead.I have I think 4 solo albums by her.Still looking for the christmas album she did.I liked all the styles she did & was so good in all of them.I still think my favourite is her rendition of the old hymn...Great Is Thy Faithfullness...Write me back if youre interested in maybe comparing the albums we know of etc.God Bless you.
This warrior was the most gracious and beautiful ambassadors for Christ. I know she's with the Lord as a front line worshipper in Heaven. Thanks you Danniebelle for giving and giving and giving to the Kingdom of God.
Im 22 and havent heard this song since I was 5, but I remember almost every word and pause. Great music.

OMG! I recognize a few of the back-up singers. I see Little Bit, Big Bit and Vanessa affectionately known as the 'Brown Sisters'

I love this song! I'm a Danniebelle fan, but I'd never heard this one before. Was she superanointed or what!

When my husband died, Danielle's first album got me through many, many days of intense pain. Her songs were DEFINITELY anointed by the Holy Spirit!

What a great video! I saw Danniebelle in 1976 and then later in the 80's. She was an incredible singer. Thanks for posting this.
