Loan Modification and Short Sale Nightmares

You are so right... I went thru the exact situation only to get denied after 1 year. The reasons was that I did not sent them the proper paper works and my paper works were not on time. How bogus is that? So I decided not to pay them anymore and just live in the house for free until they kick me out.....may be by that time I would have save enough money for a good rental place.....F*** chase.

This guy is telling it like it is. We went through the loan mod nightmare with Chase. They offered a 3 month trial mod payment plan. We were told to make all 3 payments ontime, and we would likely get a loan mod...yeah right! 12 months have passed and we still get denied. Our neighbors walked away after only 6 months of playing games with the banks. We toughed it out for one year, but enough is enough. F**K these banks!!
