I don't agree with using the death penalty for any circumstance in any location of the world. I would like for the entire world to be free of the death penalty.

First the US does NOT "allow" child rape, doofus.

Secondly, as parent, I would rather have my child raped than raped *and* murdered, if something that horrible was to occur. Duh. If the penalty is exactly the same for either offense why would a rapist simply not kill the child to avoid being identified?

This is about the law, it's not about your emotions, dude. You're entitled to your opinion, but I'm glad that Lady Justice is not some bearded goober with anger issues.

Thank you. This man is obviously letting his emotions get the better of him. The death penalty can only be applied when dealing with murder. Let us not forget that the man that did rape this girl has been sentenced to life with no parole.
