You can get an apple logo as folder name by editing the name via iTunes' app manager when the iPhone is docked. Use the shortcut "alt - shift - k" and you are good to go!

That's the shortcut for the  logo. Then send an email to your iOS device. Thats what i did. You can also use emoji icons for other fun characters!

If you want to put Newsstand in a folder:

1. Get two apps you want to make a folder out of

2. Drag one on top of the other

3. As the folder animation happens, quickly drag Newsstand into the animation

If you're quick enough, it'll put Newsstand in a folder!

(it will crash if you try to open it)

It is possible to get Newsstand into a folder, but if you try and load Newsstand within the folder, your iPhone crashes. It's a bug which will probably be gotten rid of with iOS 5.0.1 or whatever the first bug fix is called. Always nice to see your videos Matt!
