  • So much soul. I could never get sick of this.

  • This is my favourite band ever. Such good lyrics to hear when you're stoned.

  • @crassisdead Dunno what band but I upvoted anyway

  • these guy's lyrics are pure poetry.

  • New fav band

  • Such a good song from such a good band

  • This...IS the band that I've Been Looking For So Long and God Damn It Feels So Right

  • Saw them yester, so, fucking amazing. AND they played Andria PRRRTTTT :D

  • I hear Rage Against The Machine, which is a very good thing

  • Best song by them IMO, I cant stop listening to this song in particular

  • this dudes voice is awsome but strained aha

    alot like bmths singer

  • @Kevintheox123 Oh my god... please don't compare that piece of shit band to La Dispute.

  • @crassisdead i dont comment on this video how did that comment get there???/

  • @Kevintheox123 Maybe it was a ghost!!!!! OOOOOH!

  • @crassisdead i guess lol

  • @crassisdead lol hahaha i guess

  • @crassisdead YOU AGAIN! Haha

  • @wtfomgbbq4 ;)

  • there need s to be more bands like this

  • I have a problem with anyone that can stand still to this song.

  • like the punk overtone, very nice

  • Very MeWithoutYou-ish.. just a bit more upbeat.

  • @Soulphx ahaha thats how i heard about these guys, mwY is my fav band of all time ;D

  • @steelersownall11 Definitely sounds like an angrier Bemis, I love it.

  • The "singer(?)" is awful

  • @MrWesford He may not be the most talented signer, but the lyrics and instrumentals are beautiful. Though I've learned to enjoy his voice.

  • These lyrics are amazing. Actually, all La Dispute lyrics are fantastic. But this one for me has such imagery and meaning that I can't do anytthing but remember my own buried flame when I listen to this. Everything about this band is so relatable, and puts feelings into words we would all choke and stutter on.

  • They're more first wave screamo, but they're still pretty good. Better then most shit I hear on the radio.

  • I remember I heard this song on the radio sometime last year, never caught the name of the band or the song, and searching for the few lyrics I remembered resulted in nothing. Then, last night, I heard another song by them. They have such a distinctive sound that I recognised them after all this time and only ever hearing that other song once.

    Fucking awesome.

  • Wonderfullllllll. <3

  • This song would be perfect if it didn't fade out... There are many songs on the album that the fade out wouldn't bother me... but this one cuts off the sweet riff at the end and makes it really hard to hear one of the best lines on the record.

  • I Love La Dispute *.* *.* *.*!

    Epic Band!

  • i love how much emotion they put into their songs.

  • 2:32 and onward is epic as FUCK. jordan's amazing.

  • @GenocidaI 0:01 and onward is epic as fuck!

  • is the band name pronounced "lah dispute" or some other way?....shit's amazing, though

  • @xNettlesx it's french... soo... it would be lah and the french pronunciation for dispute ;)

  • @TheGreatDivider01 ok, thanks bro

  • @xNettlesx sure thing

  • @xNettlesx

    "Lah-Dispute (english pronunciation)"

  • Comment removed

  • @skippinggirlvinegar He's not trying anything. He's simply conveying emotion. He's just yelling.

  • sounds like a more badass heavyheavylowlow

  • @ERICistheafterparty No where close. Try again.

  • @ProminentReborn actually pretty close with the scratchy vocals with jazz influenced minor scales and similar music theories with a moderate tempo.

except the lyrics are more thought out.

  • @ERICistheafterparty I can relate the two, I just place La Dispute in an entirely different spectrum; HHLL learns more towards a sporadic, not so much grind, and an awkward emotive vocalist while La Dispute is much more refined... Most of the stuff in this song is pentatonic I believe, carries a classic rock feel... I would just never put this near HHLL, it'd be an insult, and I'm a fan of both. HHLL is a kids band to me

  • @ProminentReborn much more refined indeed sir.

theyre on a whole different level.

    hey.

at least i didnt say they sounded like nickelback.

  • this is just like gallows

  • @carlstrum No the Gallows are much more angry and no where near as poetic and all the Gallows seem to care about is fighting

  • it's like I could be the vocalist.... just talk in a growling fashion lol, I like this band :p

  • it reminds me MEWITHOUTYOU!lol

  • mewithout you cheap imitation ! @TheRoland14

  • I love the lead guitar

  • Such an amazing band.

  • 1m20s = bliss

  • "We cast our hearts in plaster, we imagined our bodies were fashioned from stone, but they chipped at the brick and the mortar, we found out that we're only layers of skin hiding bones. And our bones are like chains, old and rusted in the raid, they're going to snap when the weight shifts."

    Fucking amazing.

  • @transientyo yeh i wrote an english paper on those lines for imagery.

  • yeah it is song #6

  • i dont think so, cuz on ma computer - got da whole songs of la dispute - its song no 6...

just looked it up, but thanx ;)

  • It's song #3.
