Jahvid best or mccluster? hmm i like them both, same style type.. but dexter has many attributes about him that should of raised his draft stock.. ima a Detroit fan... GO LIONS!!!!
@thug8200 Chiefs made a HUGE upset last night. 56 yd rushing TD , 94 YD punt return , TONY MOEAKI! my main man from Iowa (go hawks) first NFL TD, a Stripped ball on a 15 yard run from san diego AND ran it back quite a bit. Chiefs are going to have a good season this year , i know it. GO KC!
YEAH!!! i'm soooo glad were talking about chiefs football again....well, football in general. Dexter is going to be a stud. Dante hall but faster and we'll def. get more use out of him. RB, WR, KR, PR, hell...cant wait to see him that wildcat formation. GO CHIEFS!!!
they say he runs a 4.5 40 yeah that is bullshit i went to alot of there games last year and i got to see him break away plenty of times he has amazing speed incredible vision and is one of the best ive ever seen, all he needs is a good o line
4.5 40 my butt.. guy is a legit 4.4 and w/ a football a 4.3.. VERY shifty/quick and if he has a 2 foot hole .. he's getting through it.. if you hesitate tackling him. he's by you for 10 yards.. at OM, he had one year where he fumbled at really bad times, but Nutt fixed that.. small but man he's ripped and very strong.. .. better at slot/wr imho
thats cool that he made the corners and that inside linebackers that he was against look silly but there is only one problem... the nfl's corners are way better
I'm excited the chiefs drafted him. It's always nice when you have players who can step up on and off the field because they're great athletes as well as human beings.
Dex is an Awesome guy, not only does is he an awesome player and a great person but hes a believer in God which will go a long way!! Dex is my friend and we had a lot of fun in H.S. and I enjoyed blocking for him at WR!! God bless you Dex and see you around in Largo.
@ckobo84 yea im jus gonna go on a limb and say dat time was sum bullshit he is way faster than 4.5 and jus watchin this vid u should be able to tell that
Dexter is an incredible athlete with more heart than any player I've ever seen. That includes Tim Tebow, Mark Ingram, Drew Brees, and Ray Lewis. KC will love him.
@bman325 Agreed I met him at the first game he played with Olemiss and he had as much heart and drive as anyone ive ever seen. I also talked with him in Dallas at the hotel before the 2010 Cotton Bowl and he had the same Drive and Passion as he did the first day i met him. I wish him and his fellow chiefs much luck in the 2010 season
Talk about a weapon. This guy can be used as a RB, slot WR, return man, wildcat QB, or wherever we feel that he can be the most dangerous. I'm looking forward to watching this guy play for us on Sundays. Go Chiefs!
@alex4011 - his game speed is a lot faster than 4.56. I watched him play at Ole Miss in college and saw him burn several all-americans who thought they had an angle on him. Sure he weighs 175 lbs, but his bench reps were in the top of the class. He's freakishly strong for his size.

The total steal the Chiefs got is TE Cody Slate. They got him free and he will be on the 53 man roster. He got the hands the Cheifs need at TE.

stinkeyboy22 1 year ago
@stinkeyboy22 That's true but most corners lined up with McCluster will be 3rd on the depth or a nickle corner not a number 1 CB.

Dwayne Bowe, Chris Chambers, Dexter McCluster, Jermey Urban, Jammal Charles, Thomas Jones, Tony Moakei, Matt Cassel...
robskillz 1 year ago
First Eric Berry (with Brandon Flowers), now Dexter McCluster (with Bowe, Charles) and then Javier Arenas....
The Chiefs should be very improved this season.

@MikeCinKC Ya I'm very excited, we wanted a slot back receiver in the draft and we got a hell of a weapon now on offence.

@MikeCinKC Ya but he only weighs 172 and he isnt that fast he runs a 4.56. Not sure if it was such a good pick IMO.
