  • Rough start for a new terminal , eh? Everything has it's own glitches. I'm assuming it's not going to be like that when I visit the UK in January 2009.

  • what a fuck,n shitty airport

you know when the british do something it's always fuck up

    Singapore is the best

  • AGREED!

  • this video useful for terroists planning.

  • In Denver they not only opened a new air terminal but they opened an entirely new airport while closing down Stapleton and the transition went unbelievably well.

  • Interesting to see all the misinformation + videos doing the rounds, putting the blame on the baggage system / "worker error". The reality as far as my friends who work at BAA are concerned it was actually baggage unable to get onto the baggage movers at the Core Building A baggage "pickup points", to go the none core "satellite" stands (called buildings B to D). These bags still have or had rofl to go via the apron roads, which basically failed capacity testing.

  • BA has become a euphemism for the inept.

  • Get rid of Willie Walsh, BA and T5 will run very smooth.

  • As a CEO he has to deligate responsability to others. He can't do everything himself. The person who was responsable for this was the director of operations Gareth Kirkwood, he's the guy seen reading out a statement, taking no questions and then doing a runner back to his office. He's the one who should be fired.

  • A Sky viewer said Sky was lucky that the undercover bag didn't get lost itself!
