The pain doesn't really last long afterwards so most piercers don't see a point in it.

I've got about 30 piercings and my my nipple piercings have hurt the most by far!

I first had them done with a standard bar piercing, but last week doubled up with sleepers on each on.

I thought after having so many piercings (I barely feel cartilage piercings these days and 9/10 flesh are barely more than a pinch) but nipples...fark me..they take on whole category of their own! I've heard that women have roughly 5 times the number of nerve endings in their nipples. And so, I commend you!
