buu saga goku at normal ssj was 4x normal, then ssj2 another 4x, then it was tated ssj3 also 4x normal ssj2 power, so ssj3 gokue at buu saga was 64x base form goku

and late goku's base form is ssj 3 at buu saga so its 64x at base another 4x at ssj1 then 4x at ssj2 and another 4x at ssj3 so late goku ssj3 is 4096x base form goku at buu saga

vegeta skipped ssj3 beacause of baby vegeta was going to lose ssj4 but then bulma built a satililite to sustain vegetas ssj4 it shows you on episode 62 or 63 and fusions skip ssj if there strong enough always skip ssj2 and sometimes if really strong sj

it redefines goku's improvent throught the series. Early Goku has basic kamehameha, kaioken, and incomplete spirit bomb, all used on vegeta.

Mid Goku is the Goku from Namek and early Andriod Saga. He can do Kaioken Kamehameha, Meteor Combo, and Completed Spirt Bomb used on frieza. and he can also become a SSJ. Late Goku can go all the way to SSJ3 and Instant Transmission. Also between the three, combos are altered slightly.
