Generally videos are filmed and viewed at 30fps. Since we filmed at 120fps, it allowed the filmed to be slowed down 4x and still be viewed at a smooth 30fps framerate. If you were to slow down normal footage 4x you would essentially be watching 7.5fps so it would look very choppy.
@NelsonLongboards I downloaded After Effects the other day and i am about to give up on trying to learn how to use it. It's just too complicated. Do you recommend any other editing software that is good and easy to use?
@rspslongboards If you follow some tutorials on making some effects then you kind of get the hang of it and can start to figure out how effects can be made on your own.

Cam was a Casio Exilim fh-something. For the edit, Adobe Premiere Pro for cutting clips together, and After Effects for titles, effects, etc.
