I think Ghost in the shell is the best animated story in the media histroy. Visuals are just amazing,BUT the story makes this a true masterpiece. Lot of people not watchin it bicouse they dont like the jap anime style. I ensure u, if u watch the movies and the series u will never be the same. The song/lyrics/anime itself is pretty much a futurist Multiculturism. For that it's glamorous. Government and conspiracies are the only problem. My triple mixed blood (white/black/asian) might see that easly. I can feel and split that song => blues/Soul/thecno using deep thoughts/injustice/wishes, with the proud/honor/orchestral and with a japanese/eastern deep meaning. Props to Yuko Kanno who envisioned the future based in the real life and the Russian Olga for the excellent performance.
