what u need to do is reset your action replay this happened to me too. hold A+B with ds off,then turn it on with ar in keep hold of a and b then hold start and select when the nintendo sign appears b4 the sign of action replay of how it is endorsed, if you held a and b and start and select it will take a second longer for that message to appear then just add games and it will work like new

Yes the same thing happened to me and a couple of my friends, what you do is hold L, R, A, B, and Start before you turn on the DS. Keep holding that until AR boots up, then release, turn off, and now you can add codes!
