The problem with dance teams now a days- no body wants to be a team. Everyone trying to show what they got but it's all about being one. The syncopated steps were tight but those who are doing the same steps should move everythning the same- hands, knees, heads, all the same spacing. Yaw'll need discipline and then you would be real tight instead of ok
