@tvdstew An uninvited touch is not assault, plain and simple. Now, touching someone who has asked you to not touch them, is assault. So if that is what you meant by the term uninvited, then what you said is true - but otherwise you have to factor in intent and the circumstances with this situation, if we're speaking legally.

The Communications Director is a very passive aggressive creep with a short-man's complex. He has a history of being beaten and bullied in school, older brothers, etc.. and has never been liked.
