Some might be able to get the jackpot on their machine on their first try while you can try forever and nothing will ever happen at your machine. Luck buddy, that's all.
You can also try to get into settings, and check the volume for video recording.
i just bought one, the batter is on the charger. when i first started watching this video, i was kinda pissed because i thought the quality was kinda crappy, and i just paid $230 for this thing with the extended warranty. I didn't realize that when i clicked on "watch in hd" the quality was pretty amazing. I'm happy now :) phew.

You have to change the size in the settings to a larger size.
