1)if you send in a highschool photo as a headshot then that is what they will expect you to look like. if you show up looking completely different they will laugh in your face and send you home.
2) having your friend take your "headshot" looks very unprofessional
3) women shouldn't have to show "boob and butt". first of all, it will make them look sleezy and therefore, they will only be cast for one type of role (if of course you have the talent to go along with your good looks).
i think you missed the point. it's more of a what not to do video. not to be taken seriously. and i work all the time sending out my Matt Damon photo. Casting directors love it!
Yep, I agree with it all. I once used a picture of Nelson Mandela with my name on it as a headshot, and nobody noticed. Unfortunately I kept going up against Morgan Freeman. I was so close to getting "The Bucket List".
