  • my good old times..... coming back Friday from shool and play this with friends :´( So missing no work and no time....

  • It makes me so so excited to see that there are people out there who geek out to this music just like I do! :D :D :D I am in -love- with some of these pieces, I swear.

If it's not on the soundtrack, how did you get it? Where can I get a copy???

  • @RameshNair525 totally agree with you

  • Dungeon Siege 1 Was the Best Ever.. Dungeon Siege 2 was Equally epic.. Dungeon Siege 3 was a complete flop.. Obsidian needs to throw it back and unfuck themselves before taking a great game and spoiling it.

  • Dislike trolls thrive on these videos.

  • This is one of the games that I don't ever actively notice the music. It's basically all on the backburner but when I hear it I know.

  • how can someone dislike this magnifcent piece of music?

  • Journey to fins the Aegis Artifact, beat valdis, and this is the best!

  • if there whas a Dungeon Siege online MMO it would have more players then World Of Warcraft...

  • I heard this was a decent soundtrack, but I didn't realise it was the work of Jeremy Soule, he's a genius!

  • @marshy920 Yeah, this soundtrack isn't the best. You get some good ones like this one, but the rest are pretty passable. I think the first game's soundtrack was overall better with the better main theme, fort kroth, and the ice bridge (i think that is it's name) theme.

  • I hope they keep on with good soundtrack in 3 part :)

  • dungeon siege 2 broken world is the best DS game, when added to ds2

  • This one's called 'Restoration', and it only plays after you make it through the Isles and get the healing rains.

It was one of my favorites, until I played Broken World. The Broken Aman'lu music is my favorite now, and the Dwarven Mines is probably second.

  • @matrixphijr Thank you man, I was looking for this info.

  • @NuevoReNovado Well, sure... you're welcome, I guess. I assume you were talking about the name. Also, this one actually IS on the OST. I don't know why the uploader thinks it isn't.

  • @matrixphijr Hahah yeah, I was talking about the name. I was confused as to why I couldn't find it on the OST, since it's been long I've played the game and none of the first songs seemed to be the Aman'lu music. I think the uploader got confused because of that too.

  • Jeremy Soule FTW.

  • I remember I was playing DS2 on my laptop next to a window, and, no lie, it started raining right after I got into Aman'lu. I mean talk about perfect atmosphere I was almost blown away. I was catching up on computer gaming because I finally replaced my old computer. In the list of games I played was DS2, Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines, Sid Meier's Pirates, KoTOR, Age of Mythology, Rome Total War, Stronghold series, Farenheit and Fallout 1/2, it was an epic year.

  • Dungeon Siege THREE is out in March!

  • I once fell asleep to this at a lan party... man this is so nostalgic now :(

  • Ah, I love this music!! Its such a calming song even though everything is pretty much destroyed.

  • GTFO with your Dragon Age Origins related crap, it's entirely overrated and didn't introduce any "new shit".

Dungeon Siege may haven't done so either, but at least Gas Powered Games didnt claim they would. They claimed they'd make one hell of an awesome addicting hack and slash RPG, and they did.

I prefer DS1 over DS2, but they're both extremely satisfying to play games!

  • This was the best roaming game i ever played, the storyline, the length of it

I was entertained for months, And jeremy soule, I want to give that mans hand a good shake for this work

  • I actually stopped playing coz I wouldnt wanna leave aman'lu haha

  • good old times :(

  • I like DS2, but I didn't like how it lacked replayability. Every crate, every monster, always seemed to have the exact thing in it.

  • Actually, this one IS on the soundtrack: it's called 'Restoration'. Number 25. This is the music for Aman'lu after you visit the Isles and use the prism and all. Before that, it has a different theme which isn't on the soundtrack.

  • And what about Dungeon Siege: Alvarius, Dungeon Siege: Ice wind, Dungeon Siege II: Throne of Agony???

  • @Giorn20 Afaik they are not pc versions

  • Dungeon siege 1, Dungeon Siege 1 : Legends of Aranna, Dungeon Siege 2 and Dungeon Siege 2 : Broken World are the best series of RPG not on-line.

  • Jeremy Soule rocks. He also did the music for Guild Wars, and it has loads of awesome pieces. I also just let my character sit around in places there and listen to the music.

  • *agrees fully*, Jeremy Soule's soundtracks are truely the best, and its always nice to just sit around and listen to the soundtracks :)

  • I learned game design by digging through the game documentation. An Absolutely Awesome game

  • Not to mention underrated.

  • this song reminds me of good times. they just dont make rpgs like they used to anymore ;(

  • @Eregost2 True. They don't. Dragon Age:Origins - considered to be the last great single-player RPG - is nice and all, but it sucks at memory management, it has zero optimalization. It's simply nice-to-play, has a great story combined with movie-quality cinematics, and is highly moddable.

Dungeon Siege was capable of most of these things (except the movie-power because it lacked high-quality animations) at an extremely high level of effectiveness. You didn't need high-end computer to play it.

  • Dragon Age doesn't need a high end comp either. Whats lacking imo the is the lack of different environments, enemies, items, classes, skills and customization which Dungeon Siege handled perfectly.

  • dungeon siege II is the best!:D

  • @UnknownConsequencess FINALLY SOMEONE ELSE! NO ONE EVEN KNOWS ABOUT IT NOWADAYS!!! *clings* lol

  • I used to leave my character in Aman'lu, turn off the monitor and only listen to this music. It really calms me down :)

  • I used to do the same, this song is really moving considering its the main characters home town... but it seems i deleted my save that was in this town.

  • nostalgic

  • I love Jeremy Soule musics and some of Baldur's gate. I'm wondering if there is an album from an other composer of fantastic music of this genre?

  • jeremy soule makes amazing music, the theme for dungeon siege, morrowind and oblivion. but traveling music is really annoying. especially on oblivion.

  • if i could i would buy both soundtracks to dungeon siege jeremy soule is a genius

  • sorrrry but you're wrong

this song IS on the soundtrack

  • nice

    cool

    i

    love

    the

    music

  • i could listen to this suff for hours...

  • Really great music i like this song a lot, it's very calming

  • The best music is in Glacern

  • Of course it does. It's the same composer - Jeremy Soule.

And by the way, this tune is called "Restoration"!

  • i love this music, i myself play dungeon siege 2 and im always soothed by this music when i come to Aman'lu
