  • no filter or lens just edited in iMovie. As for the engine lid, you are right.

  • @ 1:31, did you have a filter on the lense or what? Not good. Looks very nice, except for the missing or removed engine comparment door. You need to put that on.

  • Yes they are stock 14" wheels with 185r14 in back and 165/60-14 in front. The load is standard passenger. This not a big deal as my fatty is a trim 3000 lbs which is about what a modern passenger car weighs.

  • What tires did you use front and back. Looks like you got standard 14" rims on it. What is the weight capacity of the tires.

  • Hell Yeah VDUBS and KISS how can it get better? Oh yeah, it cant!

  • $600 for the bus 15 years ago and maybe $2000 put into it 2 years ago.

  • want one of these so bad :( If you dont mind me asking, how much did yours cost to get it in that good of condition??

  • What a looker! Done very tastefully! Must be a joy to cruise.

  • Beautiful! Lots of nice shots. My 76 sunroof needs slammed, looks good on yours. The sunroof is a cool feature but a pain to restore!

  • @busvlogger agreed the sunroof was a pain to restore the first time but this time I add a poptop between the racks.

  • How did u lower it?

  • @956to903 I lowered with a busboys albatross beam and oldspeed spindles.

  • Sweet Bus and awesome song man VDUBS and some KISS awesome

  • I think I saw this on the samba.com thread "Slammed Bays"

  • 14" stock bus wheels

  • hey Dude, your wheels are awesome. Can You give me more photos of them ??

  • VW and KISS a winning combination!!!!!

  • awesome baywindow! I have a '71 panelvan in resto myself. I'd advice you to put back the engine decklid, cooling is better with the engine compartment closed, that way while driving you have a bit overpressure in the engine bay 'cause air is forced in by the two inlets. But damn that's one clean bus!!!

  • Restored myself, but sunroof sucks so we don't use it.

  • sure is a nice bus... i also have a 71 sunroof but in desperate need of resto. anymore pics? sunroof in good working order? did u restore it yourself?
