Hi, how do you hard reset the phone? Since I bought it (new) it gave me often some "white screen problems"... by turning it off and on again it would restart and work... but now it's allways starting with a white screen... and it WORKS because the alarm clock is still waking me up at 7:30 AM :P. Anyway I can't use it like that. :/
