Showbiz Extra is shown on the channel Arirang (as you can see in the top right hand corner), which is a Korean channel. It features a lot of programs in English spoken by Koreans. So the guy you hear speaking English is a Korean. Pretty cool channel.

i'm so thankful for the english subs!!! i love KJW and he was so adorable in this drama.
but the best of his is CYHMH (best drama everrrrrr) wish to see him on a new drama soon :)
